Our Job Fair Service makes hiring easy! 

Maybe you would love to participate in a job fair near you to meet and pre-screen amazing candidates, but you don’t have the time or resources to attend. Hire us to go for you! We represent your company and your roles, and you receive pre-screened resumes within 3 business days after the fair!

We attend all the Central FL Employment Council (CFEC) job fairs, which are held every other month and are attended by hundreds of employers and job seekers throughout the greater Orlando area. 

How It Works:

Before Job Fair Day: Send us the details about your company, your available jobs (the location, pay, qualifications), and where we should send resumes to.

During Job Fair Day: We include your company and positions on our open positions flyer, which we pass out to hundreds of job seekers. During the four hour fair we stand in front of (not behind) our booth to actively speak with candidates the entire time. We’ll share about your positions with all job seekers who are looking for a similar role.

After Job Fair Day: Within 72 hours after the fair, we send you a scanned copy of every single resume we touch on job fair day, plus notes on any who are excellent candidates for your role(s). You are free to call, interview, and hire any candidate at no additional fee.
