Orange County EMERGENCY SHELTERS
According to OC, “Orange County provides general population shelters for Central Floridians who have been evacuated from their homes, for those who live in low-lying areas, and for others seeking shelter from a storm. Shelters are alcohol, drug and weapon free. Individuals should come prepared with supplies. ID cards are not required to enter shelters.”

According to SC page, “Residents with special needs that may need sheltering assistance should register with Seminole County Emergency Management at 407-665-5102 or complete the Seminole County Special Needs Registration Form. Most emergency shelters do not allow pets. If you are bringing pets, please make sure the shelter accepts them. All shelters will not open. It is important to check during a disaster to know your nearest open shelter.”

According to the CH page, “On your first visit, bring a valid I.D. and proof of residency (like a recent bill) for Seminole County. You will check-in at the front desk and be given a ticket. Behind our office, is our Food Pantry. You and your household will be blessed with a variety of groceries.”

Senior Service Donations - 94% of your gift donations goes directly towards programs for the elders.
According to the JP page, “The Jewish Pavilion of Central Florida is a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization that relies on the contributions of individuals and organizations that believe as we do in “Building A Legacy of Care” for our elderly Jewish community.”
United Against Poverty

MSGP - To become a part of United Against Poverty’s Member Share Grocery Program (MSGP):
“Qualified families living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level must fill out an application. Upon qualification, individuals become members and can begin purchase of food or household products.”
CSP - According to the UAP page, “The Crisis Stabilization Program is intended to provide support for individuals facing instability in their lives whether that be physical, financial or emotional…
If you are facing a crisis and don’t know where to turn, visit your nearest UP Center and request a meeting with our Crisis Navigator for assistance, or contact us using the form below. A Crisis Stabilization team member will respond to all inquiries.”
CPS - A variety of help resources are offered through Collaborative Partner Services (CPS) at the UP center locations.

According to the H&H page, “Initial Program enrollment takes at least 30-45 minutes and participants are encouraged to be screened for HIV and Hepatitis C at least every 3-months. Once enrolled, you will receive an enrollment card that you will need to present each time you return for services.
