Personality Testing

Have you ever asked or been asked to do a personality test for work?

Whether you are building a team or trying to work more productively with the team you have, Predictive Index is a great tool. 

It's simple, yet shares so much about each individual and the best ways to communicate and work with them.

Just this week I had my marketing director take the tests and sure enough it was spot on. Now, we both have a new understanding of best practices when it comes to workflow and communication within the team.

This isn't the only useful testing out there. It is just my personal favorite.
